The Rules of Purchaising the Theatre Tickets

                                                       TICKET PRICES AND TYPES OF DISCOUNTS
1.    Ticket prices for individual performances are determined by Theatre. For details on prices, check -
2.    The right to purchase a half-price ticket is given only to (with a valid ID):
- pupils and students up to the age of 26   
- pensioners, invalids

                                                                   TICKETS AND PAYMENT
1.   The online tickets sales (24h) - only on website.  
2.    Tickets purchased via  can be received in the theatre box office at least 30 minutes prior to the performance.
3.    Upon receipt of tickets purchased online, the booking number should be presented to cashier.
4.     Only regular tickets are available online – no discounts.
5.    Direct sale of individual tickets and group is conducted by Customer Service Office open on Monday from 10.00 to 16.00 and from Tuesday to Friday from 10.00 to 18.00, on Saturdays and Sundays for two hours before the performance.
6.    Payment for tickets can be made in cash in the Customer Service Office as well as via Internet at
7.    Once the payment is made, the tickets will be printed out and ready for pickup. 
8.    VAT invoices are issued at the request of customers upon the presentation of the fiscal receipt no later than 7 days from the date of payment for the tickets.

                                                             TICKET RESERVATIONS      

                                                                INDIVIDUAL TICKETS

1.    Individual reservations can be made in person in the Customer Service Office open :
• Monday from 10.00 - 16.00
• From Tuesday to Friday from 10.00 - 18.00,
• Saturday and Sunday for two hours before the performance or by telephone: 22 208 82 002.   
2.   In the case of cancellation we will appreciate your early notification at the Customer Service Office.
3.   When booking by phone or in person the following information must be provided:
- date, title and time of the selected performance
- the number of tickets ordered with an indication of the possible discounts
- the name of the customer
- e-mail address and daytime phone number

Therefore, viewers agree to be contacted by the theatre in order to effectively manage the possible changes  in the repertoire, etc. as well as for promotional purposes.

4.    Reserved tickets must be paid within 3 days of booking. Three days before the performance  the tickets that have not been paid for return to sales.
5   The booking made up to 7 days prior to the show is valid only for one day. One day before the show and on the day of the show there is no longer the ability to make a reservation.
6.    Payment for tickets can be made in the Customer Service Office by cash. Prepaid tickets can be received in the Customer Service Office on the day of the show but please pick them up at least 30 minutes before the performance.
                                                                     GROUP TICKETS
1.    Group bookings for more than 10 tickets can only be made by phone or personal contact with Customer Service Office.
2.    Group reservations that are not paid within the time specified by the employee of the Service are automatically cancelled and sent to the re-sale.
3.    Up to 7 days prior to the date of the show , group bookings are only valid one day.
4.    Group bookings can only be made up to three days prior to the show. They cannot be made on the day of the show.
5.    Payments for reserved group tickets are to be made in person in the Customer Service Office or via bank transfer. Bank account no: 64 1240 6380 1111 0000 5111 0372 Bank Pekao SA Oddział Pruszkow.
6.    In the case of payment by bank transfer, the title of the transfer should include your name, possibly the name of the institution, the title of the play,  number of tickets and their prices.
7.    Payments by bank transfers are considered as made on the day when they are submitted to Theatre’s account. 8.    Individual and group tickets which are booked and paid can be picked up in the Theatre box office at least 30 minutes before the performance.

1.    Group tickets over 10 units can be returned not later than 14 days before the date of the performance.
2.    Individual tickets can be returned no later than 3 days before the show.
3.    Reimbursements for tickets are made only upon presentation of the fiscal receipt or invoice.
4.     In the case of their absence, the ticket office has the right to refuse the return of the ticket.
5.    Receivables made by transfer, will be made only by transfer,.
6.    Recoveries of payments made by credit card will be made only by credit card.
7.    Damaged tickets or those with detached control coupon will not be returned or exchanged.
8.    If the Theatre would not be able to accept the resignation, the reservation  may be given (or sold) to third parties. If such situation occurs,  the Theatre does not charge any fees.
9.    In the case of the event cancellation due to external reasons (natural disasters, terrorist attacks, national mourning, etc.) customers who have purchased tickets are entitled to reimbursement of the cost of the tickets within two months from the scheduled date of the event or if possible, they can get tickets  for another date.
                                                          INFORMATION FOR VIEWERS                  

                                            WE ARE  REWARDING  OUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS!

The viewer, who will show 10 tickets at the box office (each for a different performance) issued at the Theatre will receive two free tickets to a performance of his/her choice.
1.    On the date of the play,  the viewer is kindly requested to come to the theatre on time. A limited number of parking spaces in the area of theatre and transportation difficulties may delay the arrival of spectators at the show.
2.    Late Viewers will be able to take place only during the break, if it is planned Early entry into the audience is only possible with the consent of the employee from operating room and only for the place indicated by the employee.
3.    Damaged tickets or those with detached control coupon do not entitle to enter the show.
4.    Viewers residing in Theatre are asked to keep tickets  for possible inspection.
5.    Viewers are required to take places which are indicated on the ticket.
6.    Using cameras and camcorders during the event is FORBIDDEN.
7.    Viewers holding cell phones are asked to turn them off and not use them during the play.
8.    Eating and drinking during the show is strictly forbidden.
9.    The theatre is a non-smoking area under the Act of 9 November 1995. on Health Protection against the consequence of tobacco use and tobacco products.
10. Anyone staying in the Theatre shall strictly adhere to safety regulations, fire protection.and operating instructions of the Theatre.
11. Members of the audience who are not complying with the regulations and instructions of the Theatre workers or are posing a threat to the safety of other viewers will be asked to leave the Theatre. In such cases, they have no right to reimbursement or exchange of the tickets. In particular, it concerns people not complying with the ban on cameras and camcorders.
12. The purchase of a ticket constitutes viewer’s acceptance  of the above mentioned rules in all its aspects.

                                                 RULES OF THE ONLINE TICKETS PURCHASE
1. website allows you to buy tickets online. Online sales end two hours before the performance. Ticket price for the selected place is the standard price without discounts.
2.     When buying tickets online, you can complete your payment using a wire transfer. Payment for tickets is maintained by PayU SA through its internet portal If your bank, despite receiving an order to pay, does not send confirmation of payment within 15 minutes, the selected seats will be released. The money taken from your account will remain at the operator’s account and will be used next time or returned to your bank account.   If such situation occurs, you will receive an e-mail with all necessary information sent by electronic payment provider - a company PayU SA (St. Marcelińska 90, 60-324 Poznan), the owner of the portal (, 1733.html), which should be then directly contacted by email ( or phone 61 630 60 05. The tickets purchased online can be picked up in the Customer Service Office - Matecznik Mazowsze Auditorium,  Świerkowa Str. 2, Otrebusy.
3.    Tickets for all performances can be picked up:
       -  Monday from 10.00 - 16.00
       -  From Tuesday to Friday from 10.00 - 18.00,
       - Saturday and Sunday for two hours before the performance. While collecting the tickets purchased online, please provide: name, personal reservation number received when purchasing and  the designated e-mail address. Personal reservation number should be kept secret. The Theatre is not responsible for the consequences of giving that number to third parties.

4.      On request, a VAT invoice will be issued only for the person or company that purchased tickets upon presentation of the fiscal receipt.
5.      Returns and exchange of the tickets purchased through the Internet are possible only in case of cancellation or the change of repertoire.
